Moose Industrial Tools Pty Ltd (Moose) offer a 12 month warranty on all tools from the date of purchase.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Moose to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

You have the option to return tool to your place of purchase or return to us. Should you decide to return the item to us, you will be subject to postage costs to and from. We will undertake repair or replacement of the tool or component on the condition that:

1) The complete product is returned to your place of purchase or our nominated repairer, or if you choose to return to us, freight is pre-paid by you.

2) The tool is suffering from a manufacturing defect, and not been misused, neglected or suffered damage from an accident.

As well, Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer

Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or dam¬age. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
