Moose Industrial Tools Pty Ltd (Moose) offer a 12 month warranty on all tools from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster or other external causes, nor to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Moose to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

You have the option to return the tool either to your place of purchase or directly to us. Should you decide to return the item to us, you will be subject to postage costs to and from. We will undertake repair or replacement of the tool/component provided that the following conditions are satisfied:

1) The complete product is returned to your place of purchase or our nominated repairer, or if you choose to return to us, that freight is pre-paid by you.

2) The tool suffers from a manufacturing defect and has not been: misused, neglected or suffered damage from an accident.

All of our goods also include guarantees which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage in accordance with ACL. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if said goods fail to be of acceptable quality or if they suffer from some significant failure.
